Save attachments on Core Form after Approval of Contact self service Request

There is no straight way to achieve this and oracle support mentioned as this a BUG as per the Enhancement Request.

 Why Attachments Attached in the Review Page While Adding New Contacts in the Region "Dependents and Beneficiaries" in Self Service Are Not Displayed on Contacts form in Core HR. (Doc ID 1981366.1)

Life time of a SSHR transaction in hr api transaction tables

You can achieve this by adding the parameter pNtfFyiDetails=Y to the Self Service _SS functions. if this parameter is set to Y, then the FYI notification page displays a Details Region with the proposed column and a Supporting region. With this functionality, now the recipient need not navigate to the relevant SSHR page in the Application to understand the changes that have been approved.
